Andres Marino is Senior Applications Engineer at CommScope, and an authorized SYSTIMAX Engineer. Andrés is responsible for the technical aspects of pre-sales, implementation and post-sales in the Americas CALA Norte, supporting the PartnerPro network and distributors in the region. Before joining CommScope, he worked for TE Connectivity as Training and Marketing Coordinator for AMP NETCONNECT Enterprise and Data Center solutions. Andrés is a member of the Internal Plant, External Plant and New Technologies Networks - 134 Telecommunications Committee (ICONTEC Colombia). He obtained his BE degree in Electronics Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, and for that time he also worked as Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics and the Laboratory of RF Systems. Andres holds a Diploma in Marketing and another Diploma in Management Development from the Universidad de la Sabana. Andrés has been a speaker at different industry events, a writer of specialized technical articles, and holds the professional certifications BICSI RCDD & BICSI NTS. Andres is also a Certified Professional FTTH LATAM and CommScope CDCCS & CFOIS specialist.
