Lakshmi Nagarajan is a Director of Engineering, Big Data Analytics in Ruckus Networks, CommScope. She has been building analytics software products for 18 years and is passionate about solving difficult customer problems using ML/AI techniques. She is particularly interested in anomalous pattern detection for massive datasets, as well as influence propagation in large graphs, and has filed 5 patents for novel algorithms in these areas.  She is working with her team to achieve self-healing networks driven by AI, thus helping our customers switch to proactive network management.  She worked in the US for several years before making Singapore her home 8 years back. She lives in the little Red Dot with her husband and 2 lovely children.
