Multiplay is First to Bring ARRIS DCX525e Set-Top Experience to Subscribers in Brazil

SUWANEE, Ga., Aug. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Paid TV provider Multiplay is the first to certify the ARRIS Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARRS) DCX525e and is now able to offer this advanced set-top to its subscribers in Brazil.

The new DCX525e supports high-definition video, digital sound, on-demand and interactive services, and features a software-programmable capability to be converted to an IP set-top in the future. All this arrives at a competitive price point.

• ARRIS SmartStream Terminal Data Collector (STDC) support, for remote diagnosis and corrective action, improving service quality and reducing operational costs
• Compact design, measuring 5.5 in W x 3.6 in D x 1.4 in H.
